Ringba is the fastest source to connect because it already holds the recording URL, the caller, the target, the duration and the payout for every call.
What you need
- A Ringba API token. In Ringba, open Security → API Access Tokens, click Add API Access Token, name it and click Add. Copy it straight away: Ringba shows it only once.
- The owner or admin role in your workspace.
Steps
- Open Settings → Sources and click Connect Ringba.
- Paste the token. We call Ringba once to list the accounts it can see, so you pick from a list instead of typing an account id.
- Choose the account (or several) and how far back to import. Before anything is imported we count the calls and show what analysing them will cost against your credit balance; turn off automatic analysis to import the records only.
- Click Connect. Each account becomes its own source, and the page shows the import and the first analysed call as they happen.
- The first sync starts immediately and pulls the trailing window; after that every sync re-reads the last 24 hours as well, so a late payout or a re-uploaded recording is picked up.
What happens to each call
A call is keyed on its normalised recording URL, so re-syncing never creates duplicates — it refreshes the revenue field and leaves the rest alone. Calls with no recording are kept in the counts but marked as such and never charged. Recordings are fetched, converted, transcribed and read, in that order, and each stage can be re-run without repeating the ones before it.
Sync now, pause and deleteEach source on Settings → Sources has Sync now (priced before it runs), Pause, an Auto-analyse switch and Delete. Deleting a source also deletes the calls it brought in; pause it instead to stop syncing and keep them.
